Looking forward to spending time with God

It has been a long time I really spend time with God, that made me feel very left out. Sometimes I just totally forget about him, which is quite bad la. I feel like I'm stuck to the ground and not moving again, I feel like I lost a little of my passion for him already, wasnt like last time. I just need to talk to him more so that I can understand but I just cant really hear what he says or maybe cant understand. Now I just feel spiritually down, hope I'll find a way to pass through this stage.
